• Monitor and Maintain the Match Processes, 8.1/9.0

  This course will help you identify reports, inquiries, and archival processes to assist you with monitoring and maintaining match processes. Full course description.

  This course identifies the available invoice messages and how specific actions to resolve messages can affect match processes. Full course description.

You Asked For IT: New System Administration Courses

We listened to your requests for more technology courses focused on system administration topics for Lawson System Foundation 9.0 — and are pleased to announce the launch of two distinctive interactive webcasts this summer. The courses, which are part of the Online Learning Library, cover two specific features of Lawson System Foundation 9.0: LAUA User and Group Security, and the Productline Copy Procedure. System Foundation 9.0 Administration: LAUA User and Group Security (SYSADM9LAUASEC)
This course focuses on user setup and authorization on Lawson System Foundation 9.0 specific to LAUA. The flexibility of 9.0 Technology allows for two different security systems. A user can be secured using Lawson's legacy security system, LAUA, or by Lawson Security 9.0. This course is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 29; Friday, August 29; and Tuesday, September 30.

System Foundation 9.0 Administration: The Productline Copy Procedure (SYSADM9PROD)
A productline is a container of Lawson applications and data. One of the tasks a Lawson System Administrator faces is to duplicate a productline — to create an additional test or development productline on an environment. This course is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 29; Friday, August 29; and Tuesday, September 30.

Because you let us know that user group meetings are a good place to pick up a training session or two, we now offer courses at the Lawson User Group meetings whenever possible. Take advantage of the following training opportunities at the SouthEast Mega User Group Meeting on August 14 and 15. The choices include one vLab and seven interactive webcasts.
