MSHA’s requisition process, using the Lawson tool Requisition Self-Service, has pushed its systemwide paperless accomplishments up to 85 percent from nearly 15 percent of electronically submitted orders. Since 2005, annual purchase order volume has soared 49 percent to 49,000 processed from 33,000 without increasing full-time equivalents,” said Ken York, MSHA corporate purchasing director.
